  2. Remember that your body needs to catch up with the weight you loose. Remember telling me last night that you had definition to your bi-ceps? That is your body. Don't go off pounds (we all do that) but go off how your body looks and feels. Don't stress...your body knows that also. Keep up the good work. I really enjoy going to H2Obics with you and your mom. I've lost 3 lbs this week but I'm only starting up again. Hang in there and keep moving!!! Dana
